Full payment is required through online registration or by personal check submitted to the school office one week prior to the start of the activity. Requests for registration cancellation and refunds must be submitted in writing at least 10 days prior to the activity start date and will be reviewed by the Manager of Auxiliary Programs and the SJEDS Finance Department. Written notice should be sent to Peni Theriault at ptheriault@sjeds.org.

Families whose children do not currently attend SJEDS, including incoming students, are asked to complete a Summer Camp Emergency Information Form. This form provides important details such as guardian information, emergency contacts,  and relevant medical information to help ensure the safety and well-being of all campers during the program.
