Registration for After School Enrichment – Spring 2012

Please follow these steps to enroll for Spring Clubs:

1.) Please fill out the sign-up form:
It is time to register for the Spring Session of After School activities. Children attending a club may stay in Extended Day from 3:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. at no charge. Begin by filling out the form below and check the box of the club that you would like your child to attend and submit the electronic form. Complete one form for each child.

2.) Payment:
You have the option of paying by check made out to SJEDS (make sure to write on memo line which club your child is attending). You may also pay with Paypal.  If you have any questions, you may contact Joni Ortagus at 733-2833 or email jortagus@sjeds.org Thank you!

To pay online, please click on the club name below and follow the checkout instructions. There must be one transaction for each club, however, you can change the quantity of the club during the checkout process. For example, if you would like to register 2 children for Drama Club  you can do so in one transacton. However, to pay for an additional club would be a separate transaction. PLEASE NOTE:  There is a convenience fee for online payments.Â
